Ferro Distribution will not be liable to you or any third party for a product modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation.
5. Order Acceptance and Billing Information
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason. This may include orders involving limited inventory, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, payment issues, or other concerns identified during order processing.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and account information for every purchase.
If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address or billing phone number provided at checkout.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery dates shown on the Site or during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Orders are generally processed within one to two business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by a copy of the receipt or order invoice.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or was shipped as the result of an error by Ferro Distribution.

Ferro Distribution’s maximum liability for a claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
