Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Ferro Distribution. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled in the event of a delay or delivery issue.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. Orders placed outside normal business hours will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing may take slightly longer during periods of unusually high order volume. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will contact you using the information provided during checkout.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping service, carrier, and destination.
Estimated transit times after an order has shipped are:
- Standard shipping: Three to seven business days
- Expedited shipping: Two to three business days, when available
These delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Destinations
Ferro Distribution currently ships to addresses within the United States.
For questions about international shipping, please contact us before placing your order. International service may not be available for every product or destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives and scans the package.
Shipping Delays
Delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, peak shipping periods, carrier service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Ferro Distribution is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@ferrodistribution.com with your order number and shipping address.
For packages that are still in transit or have had no tracking movement, please allow five business days after the estimated delivery date before submitting a claim. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us within seven days of the reported delivery date.
We will acknowledge your request within two business days and open an investigation with the shipping carrier when appropriate. Carrier investigations generally take up to 10 business days. If the carrier confirms that the package was lost or delivered incorrectly, or if the investigation is not resolved within that period, we will offer either:
- A replacement shipment at no additional cost, subject to product availability; or
- A full refund to the original payment method, including any shipping charges paid for the order.
Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer may not qualify for a replacement or refund if the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error.
Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If your package or product arrives damaged, contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Include the following information with your request:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the package and product damage
- A copy of your receipt or invoice, when available
We will review the issue and provide further instructions.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming their shipping information before completing an order.
Ferro Distribution is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer during checkout. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.
